I choose Craft Los Angeles on a recent business trip as my first fine dining experience. While no dishes were bad, I was underwhelmed. I expected interesting flavor profiles, but got very common fare. The amuse of grapefruite gelee and tuna sashimi was interesting, but that was as interesting as it got.
