Disgusting!!! I first went in to look at the buffet and let me say it was definitely questionable about how long it had been sitting there and what you were eating. That should have been a sign but I had been traveling for a while and was very hungry. So, I ordered off the menu and got BBQ ribs they were a great price. When they came out it was the most horrific thing I have ever seen on a plate....+READ Disgusting!!! I first went in to look at the buffet and let me say it was definitely questionable about how long it had been sitting there and what you were eating. That should have been a sign but I had been traveling for a while and was very hungry. So, I ordered off the menu and got BBQ ribs they were a great price. When they came out it was the most horrific thing I have ever seen on a plate. I honestly compare it to road kill or what would have been prepared on the movie "Wrong Turn". And, to think this truck stop was rated one of the best in America.-COLLAPSE
