Went to Acme 12/11 at 11:00 morning. the oysters were good and the grilled oysters were great, but sitting at oyster bar we gave cash for bill and the younger man stole $5 before giving to cashier. We were going to tip $6 so we did not say anything nor did we tip any more. I hope it went to tip jar and not his pocket. REPLY
The food at Acme is awesome and hey, if it's good enough to make the Man vs Food cut in season 1 you know it has to be good! :) REPLY (13 Replies)
You can't experience raw oysters for $10.99/doz n Boston.

So true, for example oysters on the halfshell at Acme are listed as $10.99/doz. as opposed to $27.90/doz. at Union Oyster House in Boston.
