We really wanted D&D to cater our wedding. We had heard fabulous things about their food. Got so far as the initial estimate. When we started asking questions/negotiating they stopped responding to our emails. We sent several emails with questions about the menu, staffing etc and we heard nothing back for two weeks. Supposedly one of the better caterers.
There were major differences in the doneness of the grilled tenderloin. My wife's was rare and mine was grilled on the outside and heatlamped (?steamed) to death on the inside. Obviously, they may be just marginally ok for small functions but never for larger affairs. Last night, for their performance, they lost a catering job for a large professional...+READ
