We did the ceremony in the back garden, had a champagne and hors d'oeuvres hour, then had lunch in the dining room. The food was delicious (new American) - all our guests raved about it. The service was amazing. The restaurant has a ton of character. And the manager was SUCH a pleasure to work with - she was incredibly helpful and accommodating re: menu, space, time, etc. And it was very affordable - it would definitely be in your budget. I can't say enough good things!-COLLAPSE / REPLY (33 Replies)

Bobo would probably be go-to for a romantic dinner for two. The ambience is absolutely adorable and quaint, set in a townhouse, and the entrance is very inconspicuous.. you have to walk down a set of stairs to enter in the basement of the townhouse (where the bar is). There is also an option to dine outside... While it wasn't the best food I've ever had, it was definitely good enough (I would...+READ Bobo would probably be go-to for a romantic dinner for two. There is also an option to dine outside... While it wasn't the best food I've ever had, it was definitely good enough (I would recommend the fried oysters and scallops--although keep in mind portions are a bit small) and it is a tad overpriced... but I think the ambience and the sense of exclusivity make it well worth it.-COLLAPSE
