TDQ, why do you say to avoid the pupusas in Mercado Cental? Personally I've always found them really very good. Very authentic (I had the pleasure of living in a home that was a pupuseria once upon a time), but not greasy. And when I ask they give me huge amounts of curtido to eat on top.
