good to know
Great spot in Portland’s Old Port. Entrees range from $17 for a brined fire roasted 1/2 chicken to $70 for a HUGE Ribeye that serves 2, and everything in between. From amazing duck two ways(confit and grilled breast) to the cheesy melt in your mouth aged hanger steaks, you will leave saited. But the best thing about this place is the daily changing menu. The protien may be the same night to night, but the accompanyments are up to the Chefs working that night.
Oh, and leave room for dessert...exquisite.

Be cautious with Fore St; reservations are required (I don't care what anyone says), and other restaurants surrounding it have caught up in quality,....and certainly in service.
My rating is somewhat dubious as the food is still very good.
