We were at Cafe d'Alsace several weeks ago for lunch with our daughter and son-in-law. The food was very enjoyable. Although we've only been there a few times, they go there with some regularity as they live very close to it. I tend to forget that d'Alsace's chef is Philip Roussel. In the mid-90's, he was for some time the chef at the old Park Bistro, which was one of our favorites back then.
