Also weekend and got there with family at 5:55 pm. Had no reservation. A total of one table in nice front area occupied, but manager claimed that all booked with 6 pm and 6:30 pm reservations, so we were shunted to the back room. When we finished our meal and walked to the front (at 6:50 pm), surprised to see still one table only occupied (albeit a different table than before). When asked manager, he said - straight-faced - that a whole bunch of reservations for 6 and 6:30 called and cancelled! Another reason I'll never return is that they don't pack up unused food for you - they put down plastic containers and spoons so you can shovel it in yourself at the table. When asked the manager about this, he said - straight-faced again - that they don't have the required "extra room" in order to be able to do this. What??? All other restaurants just do it in the kitchen. Food good, but the lying is intolerable. We'll find other choices in Westchester for Persian.-COLLAPSE (by eggandI, created June 26, 2010)

First couldn't find my rez, then said we were 3, even though four of us standing there! Then told me no room in front room, even though it was still 2/3 empty. Food was good, except the falafel salad came with the mains, and falafel was cold, which ruined it for me.
