Executive chef is Ciro Santoro, previously with Le Cirque, Balthazar and Boulud among others. Ingredients are mostly organic.
Recommended: pappardelle al pesto, tagliata di manzo (Tuscan-style grilled beef sirloin with baby arugula, cipolline and fingerling potatoes), pizza alla caprese, pizza bianca (with imported Robiola cheese, smoked prosciutto and white truffle oil).
