The Chophouse and Whiskey Bar was started by a young man who was tired of cooking in other people’s steakhouses.
The menu features things like Caesar-Wings, chicken wings basted with a cream sauce and baked under a Parmesan crust.
The steaks are aged in-house, and a variety of cuts are always available. Everything is reasonably priced,
even the spirits and wines which are oftentimes noticeably marked up in restaurants.
