1. Pork Spare Ribs
2. Doing something else while cooking or being a couch potato
3. Biting, sucking or gnawing on bones
4. Asian Food
5. Being a fat liar (you will tell your friends it is quite hard to concoct)

If you want to teach someone how to cook, start with this recipe instead of fried eggs.

    <short_description>Noodle bake revitalized</short_description>
    <long_description>As satisfying as a hearty winter dish gets.</long_description>
    <introduction>

The meat-and-potatoes combo is perhaps the ultimate in comfort food, but it can get boring quickly. Switch things up with this creamy noodle-sausage bake—it’s easy enough for a weeknight meal but refined enough to serve to company.

What to buy: Bockwurst is a mild, fresh veal-and-pork sausage flavored with herbs. It is widely available at grocery stores and butcher shops. If you can’t find it, just use your favorite fresh sausage.

Celery root, also known as celeriac, is a knobby-looking root that can be found in gourmet grocery stores and at farmers’ markets. It imparts a sweet, vanilla-like flavor to this dish. If you can’t find it, go ahead and use regular celery.

Nicely spiced, and deeply flavored from slow cooking, this beer-braised pork is versatile enough to feel at home in tacos, as sliders, or simply spooned atop some mashers for an unparalleled comfort meal.

What to buy: Use a brown ale such as Newcastle; bitter or hoppy beers such as IPAs should be avoided, because they will make the pork taste bitter.

    <introduction>

I’m from Seattle but now I live in France. Finding a veggie burger here is nearly impossible. I only know of 1 restaurant in all of Paris that serves veggie burgers and they’re not in the grocery stores either. I’ve been craving a veggie burger for over a year, so like mexican food (same problem), I took it upon myself to make a homemade solution. I combed through all the veggie burger recipes I could find on the internet. I was impressed by the Chow Veggie Burger article and also the more simple Mushroom Veggie Burger recipe but finding vegetable protein in Paris is just impossible; so I combined the 2 recipes. My dinner guests, all meat-lovers, arrived for the evening skeptical but they all gave me a big thumbs up! My first-time-ever-eating-veggie-burgers-wife (french) asked me to make them again the next day! Ok problem solved, and they’re easy to make.
