Pork Gorgonzola Recipe

Got this recipe from the website www.cookingandcars.com. I tried it out and it was very good. I haven’t had this before. It was very simple and delicious. I hope you enoy it.

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 pieces of pork loin or tenderloin
  • thick cut bacon
  • gorgonzola cheese
  • salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Wrap the bacon around the pork loin and hold bacon in place with skewers or toothpicks.
  2. Season pork with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill pork tenderloins until almost done.
  4. When pork is almost done, brush bbq sauce on both sides – not too much – and let the sauce caramelize a bit on the grill.
  5. Add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of gorgonzola cheese to the top of the pork. lower grill cover and let the cheese melt. Then enjoy.
