INGREDIENTS
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces Hayman's Old Tom Gin
- 3/4 ounce Dolin dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
- 1/2 ounce St Germain
- 1 dash Fee's Bros Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters
- Lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill mixing glass with ice, add gin, dry vermouth, Carpano Antica, St Germain, and bitters. Stir until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass. Twist lemon peel over drink to express the oils and run the peel around the rim of the glass. Discard peel and serve.
