"Tropical" Fish Marinade/Glaze For Dummies Recipe
By Fungiphile
Difficulty: Easy |
This recipe, believe it or not, I do not know how I obtained it..but its wonderful
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups OJ with maximum pulp
- 1-5 Tablespoons Generic BBQ sauce (personal preference)
- 1-3 Fresh Crushed Garlic Cloves
- (optional) add a couple dashes of Habanero sauce for a little spice
- 1 Freezer Bag
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cannot get easier than this, combine all ingredients into freezer bag, seal, and shake to make sure all the ingredients are blended.
- Insert Fish, this is the catch (no-pun)..the fish must be an extremely firm-fleshed species (Tuna, Sword, Shark, Halibut, Salmon, etc.) To give a rough estimate, four salmon steaks per bag.
- This last step is all dependent on you. I prefer to marinate the previous stated fish for at least over-night, laying flat and sealed in the Refer. This is all personal preference. Hope you enjoy it..
