Earth Family Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin Recipe

Not only is this beautiful, it is so easy and delicious! The Earth Family Teriyaki Sauce makes the dish!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ½ cups Earth Family Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 lb. Bacon
  • 2, 1 lb. Pork Tenderloins
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slice pork tenderloins to 1 ½ in thickness and place in a resealable bag with 1 cup of Earth Family Teriyaki Sauce. Let tenderloins marinate for at least an hour in refrigerator.

Cook bacon for 5 minutes on medium in a skillet. Let bacon cool and drain on paper towel.
Preheat grill to medium- high.

Take tenderloins from bag, pat dry and wrap bacon around side of each tenderloin, anchoring bacon with a toothpick.

Place tenderloins on grill and grill for 7 minutes per side, turning with tongs. The internal temperature for the pork should be150˚.

Warm the remaining ½ cup of Earth Family Teriyaki Sauce and drizzle over the cooked tenderloins before serving.
