maris hot wings Recipe

this recipe comes from just being tired of plain wings.I wanted something totally different from all the other wings i’ve ever sampled

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 chicken wings whole or cutup
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 small onion or 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1teaspoon red pepper
  • 1teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1teaspoon lawrys seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon tony chacheres seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. wash and clean wings
  2. add seasonings to the wings in a large skillet put wings skin side up cover under medium heat cook10 minutes
  3. add worcestershire sauce and slice onion over wings
  4. cover and cook about 20 min
  5. check for tenderness dont over cook. larger wings will take a little while longer turn wings over again let stand 15 min and enjoy you may adjust your seasonings at this point if you like
