Dad's Classic Masterpiece Burger Recipe

Total Time: 30 minutes | Makes: 6

This recipe is from my Dad – the biggest tailgating fan that there is! He became very sick last year, but a classic burger always cheers him up! This is one of my favorite recipes I make for him on game day!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tablespoons KC Masterpiece Steak Seasoning with Garlic
  • 6 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2C fresh spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 6 seeded rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. 1. Preheat your grill. Form the beef into patties. Sprinkle both sides with the steak seasoning.
  2. 2. Place the burgers onto the preheated grill. Grill according to desired doneness. While you wait, brush your burger rolls lightly with butter and warm them up in the oven.
  3. 3. Top the burgers with cheese and cook until melted.
  4. 4. Top your finished burgers off with a red onion, tomato and small handful of spinach.
  5. 5. Enjoy with family and loved ones while you watch your favorite game!
