BBQ Pork Tenderloins Recipe
A receipe I came up with years ago, our old standby when we fire up the grill, when company is coming over or there is a game on. Easy and delicious.
- 2 pounds pork loin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Sherry WIne
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 a lemon
- Preheat barbecue grill to Medium
- Mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup sherry wine, 2 TBSP Honey, 1 tsp brown sugar and 1/2 cup KC Materpiece BBQ Sauce, add one smashed clove garlic and 2 tsp fresh ginger and juice of 1/2 a lemon, add 2 pounds pork loin—cut into 1 1/2" medallions,
Salt/Pepper - Marinate at room temperature 20 minutes
- Grill and baste often, season with salt and pepper
- Great over pasta, rice or rolled up in tortillas with cheese
