BBQ Pork Tenderloins Recipe

Total Time: 50 minutes | Makes: 4-6

A receipe I came up with years ago, our old standby when we fire up the grill, when company is coming over or there is a game on. Easy and delicious.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pounds pork loin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sherry WIne
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 a lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat barbecue grill to Medium
  2. Mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup sherry wine, 2 TBSP Honey, 1 tsp brown sugar and 1/2 cup KC Materpiece BBQ Sauce, add one smashed clove garlic and 2 tsp fresh ginger and juice of 1/2 a lemon, add 2 pounds pork loin—cut into 1 1/2" medallions,
    Salt/Pepper
  3. Marinate at room temperature 20 minutes
  4. Grill and baste often, season with salt and pepper
  5. Great over pasta, rice or rolled up in tortillas with cheese
