Ham Barbeque Buns Recipe

Total Time: 4 hours | Makes: 6

These tangy sandwiches work great at a tailgating party or at home on a crisp fall day!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 1.5 c KC Masterpiece hickory brown sugar barbeque sauce
  • 1 T cider vinegar
  • ½ c water
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 lb thinly sliced deli ham
  • 6 hamburger buns
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In small bowl, mix the first five ingredients.
  2. Put the ham and onions in a slow cooker, pour the sauce over top, and stir.
  3. Cook for 3-4 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve on hamburger buns, preferably toasted.
