Ham Barbeque Buns Recipe
These tangy sandwiches work great at a tailgating party or at home on a crisp fall day!
- 1 c ketchup
- 1.5 c KC Masterpiece hickory brown sugar barbeque sauce
- 1 T cider vinegar
- ½ c water
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 lb thinly sliced deli ham
- 6 hamburger buns
- In small bowl, mix the first five ingredients.
- Put the ham and onions in a slow cooker, pour the sauce over top, and stir.
- Cook for 3-4 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
- Serve on hamburger buns, preferably toasted.
