Schweet Wings! Recipe

Total Time: 10minute prep, 60minute cooking | Makes: 4-6 people

This recipe is great for any sporting event! Brining the wings will keep them real nice and moist giving them extra flavor to the skin and meat when they are cooked!!!

INGREDIENTS
  • 24 pieces of drumettes and/or wings
  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 1/4 cup K.C Masterpiece BBQ Seasoning
  • 1 bottle K.C. Masterpiece Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 bottle K.C. Masterpiece Buffalo Marinade
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prep: Stir in the K.C. Masterpiece BBQ Seasoning to the boiling water and let the water cool (this is your brining solution). You can add ice or place in freezer to speed up the cooling process.
  2. Add the chicken to the water and place in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight. The chicken should be completely covered.
  3. Cook: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl whisk the K.C. Materpiece Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce and Buffalo Marinade together, this is now your sauce.
  4. Remove chicken from the brining solution and toss in the sauce. Place chicken on cookie sheet with parchment paper and cook for 25 minutes. Flip the wings over and sauce them again real well, cook for another 25 minutes. Discard the remaining sauce.
  5. Remove from oven and enjoy! Serve with blue cheese and ranch dressing, carrots and celery.
