SMOKED SALMON DIP Recipe
THIS RECIPE IS FOR YOUR EYES ONLY AND YOU WILL SELF-DESTRUCT IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 3 tbls Lemon Juice
- 1~2 tbls Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Dill weed
- 1/4 cup diced Green Onion or Chives
- 3/4-1 pound of fresh Salmon
- 2 beers (optional)
- 3/4-1 pound of fresh Salmon
Marinated w/mix of mayo, teriaki sauce, liquid smoke; lemon pepper or island rum spice or what you prefer. - Grill or bake Salmon until flaky (if grilling cook skin side first, flip, remove skin and save for Sushi roll :)
- Drink a beer.
- Let Salmon cool and mix the rest above stuff together.
- Add Salmon, mix very well and chill for about 3~4 hours. Better overnight.
- Serve with crackers, chips, etc.
- Drink another beer!
