Gridiron Punch Recipe
Sweet pineapple juice and herbaceous Yellow Chartreuse work well with the malty flavors of amber ale in this beer punch from Shaher Misif, bartender at San Francisco’s Cantina. With only three ingredients, it’s an easy drink to make for your next backyard barbecue or tailgate party.
Game plan: If you’re bringing this punch to a tailgate or party, mix the pineapple juice and Chartreuse beforehand and keep chilled. Add the cold beer when ready to serve.
