Baked Tortilla Chips Recipe

Baked chips are usually kind of horrible. This is a way to make them crispy while also keeping them relatively healthy.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 inch thick stack of corn tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cut corn tortillas unto 1/8ths
  2. Using a paper towel, spread olive oil over a pyrex glass dish
  3. Spread corn tortilla slices out evenly in dish
  4. Place in preheated oven at 425°
  5. Every 5 to 10 minutes, pull the chips out and seperate the ones that are stuck together (be careful, they are hot hot hot)
  6. The chips are done when most of them are a crisp golden brown. Enjoy!
