Baked Tortilla Chips Recipe

Baked chips are usually kind of horrible. This is a way to make them crispy while also keeping them relatively healthy.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 inch thick stack of corn tortillas
- 1 Tbsp virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut corn tortillas unto 1/8ths
- Using a paper towel, spread olive oil over a pyrex glass dish
- Spread corn tortilla slices out evenly in dish
- Place in preheated oven at 425°
- Every 5 to 10 minutes, pull the chips out and seperate the ones that are stuck together (be careful, they are hot hot hot)
- The chips are done when most of them are a crisp golden brown. Enjoy!
