Makes: 6 to 8 servings as a side dish, 4 to 6 as a main dish.

Chicken or shrimp can be added to this to make a great main dish.

Instructions

  1. 1Mix lemon juice, mustard, oil, oregano, lemon zest, dill and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. 2Place remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  3. 3Pour dressing over salad ingredients and gently mix.
  4. 4Chill.
