Isla Cantina's Michelada Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 drops Tobasco sauce
  • 1/2 oz Woostershire sauce
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 12 oz Dark Beer - i.e. Negro Modelo, Victoria Beer)
  • ice
  • sea salt for rim of glass
  • lime wedge for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a martini shaker combine Tobasco, Woostershire, salt & pepper and beer. shake.
  2. Salt rim of glass and garnish with lime wedge.
  3. serve over ice.
