Isla Cantina's Michelada Recipe
Spicy, refreshing and unique, Isla Cantina’s Michelada, is a great drink to sip in the sunshine or serve with Mexican or Island inspired cuisine. www.islacantina.com
INGREDIENTS
- 3 drops Tobasco sauce
- 1/2 oz Woostershire sauce
- a pinch of sea salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 12 oz Dark Beer - i.e. Negro Modelo, Victoria Beer)
- ice
- sea salt for rim of glass
- lime wedge for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a martini shaker combine Tobasco, Woostershire, salt & pepper and beer. shake.
- Salt rim of glass and garnish with lime wedge.
- serve over ice.
