Spinach Stir Fry Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pounds fresh spinach, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 pieces dry red chilly (break in half)
  • 1 teaspoons chilly paste
  • 1/4 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt n pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat the oil in wok or saucepan.
  2. Add dry chilly and garlic and fry until garlic is slightly brown.
  3. Add spinach, salt, pepper, turmeric and chilly paste. Mix well.
  4. Keep stirring and cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
