Honey BBQ Chicken Wings Recipe

Trying to eat healthy also means you crave those fat, juicy burgers once in a while. I was craving Chicken WINGS today… and,
I kept racking my brains to find some sort of inspiration for dinner tonight, without going overboard on fat intake. This recipe uses flour, instead of deep frying.
Here’s the recipe for a quick weeknight dinner that is sure to delight your taste buds :)
- 6 chicken wings/drumsticks
- 8 tablespoons of bbq sauce (kraft original)
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce (optional)
- Clean off the skin from the chicken and rinse. Don’t pat dry.
- Coat the chicken with the flour – this will help the BBQ sauce stick to the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce.
- Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes, turning once halfway thru cooking time.
