Blackberry Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Whole Foods had these gorgeous fresh blackberries on sale yesterday, so I picked up two packs and have been snacking on them all day. When I was out the store I also found some yogurt made from cultured coconut milk. Since I adore coconut milk ice cream, I thought I’d give it a try. INGREDIENTS
  • Blackberries
  • Plain yogurt
  • Chopped raw almonds
  • Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put a handful of blackberries in a bowl and spoon a small scoop of yogurt on top. Top with a thin drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chopped almonds for crunch.
