Bombay Lamb Pizza Recipe
This is one of the more popular recipes we’ve had at the Kitchen Hotline. Our clients love it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Whole wheat pizza crust like Boboli’s
- 1 can Tomato sauce - no sugar added
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 lb. Ground lamb
- 8 oz Paneer cheese
- 1 tsp Ginger, freshly grated
- 1 clove Fresh garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brown the lamb, seasoning it with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Add to the pan the ginger, garam masala and tomato sauce, reduce to simmer and reduce about 15 minutes.
- Spread the meat mixture onto the pizza crust and top with broken up paneer.
- Bake according to crust directions. Allow to sit for 3 – 5 minutes before slicing.
