Bombay Lamb Pizza Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Whole wheat pizza crust like Boboli’s
  • 1 can Tomato sauce - no sugar added
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 lb. Ground lamb
  • 8 oz Paneer cheese
  • 1 tsp Ginger, freshly grated
  • 1 clove Fresh garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Brown the lamb, seasoning it with garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Add to the pan the ginger, garam masala and tomato sauce, reduce to simmer and reduce about 15 minutes.
  3. Spread the meat mixture onto the pizza crust and top with broken up paneer.
  4. Bake according to crust directions. Allow to sit for 3 – 5 minutes before slicing.
