Southwest Pilaf Recipe
This was the side to the Chili-Lime Halibut recipe (picture) I came up with for TheKitchenHotline.com. It’s super healthy and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/2 a can chipotle white corn (with some juice)
- 1 can green chilies
- Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a hot skillet and toss until heated through.
