The Yakuza is an Asian-inspired sweet and spicy beer cocktail served at Upstairs at the Kimberly Hotel in New York City.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pinches Chinese ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 ounces red cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce Svedka Cherry Vodka
  • 1/4 ounce agave nectar
  • 2-3 ounces of a light beer on top
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Shake and strain into a glass half filled with ice.
  2. Pour into a Highball glass half filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel or spiral.
