Coconut Ice Cream Recipe

This dairy free ice cream is a great alternative to having to scrounge from the ready made variants in the supermarket. And it’s SO EASY!

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Coconut extract
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine coconut milk and sugar. Whisk until the sugar dissolves
  2. Whisk in extract and coconut flakes
  3. Put in freezer, stirring every now and then until hardened.
