Red Mole with Chicken Recipe

Chicken Mole is a Mexican Authentic Food and is very popular in Mexico. The base of the Mole is made of different types of peppers, herbs and spices.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of mole Dona Maria
- 1 – 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
- 2 pieces of toast bread
- 1 – 2 rounds of Mexican chocolate
- 1-2 onions
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- You need to cook the chicken with an onion and some salt
- Put a small amount of oil into a pot and cook some onion and the garlic until brown and soft. You can put that onion and garlic in the blender with the mole, peanut butter, toast and chocolate add some hot broth from the chicken to dissolve and soften the stuff in the blender. Blend everything in the blender and returned to pot where you cooked the onion and garlic. Add a small amount of cooking oil the pot before you add the mixed ingredients. Fry the mole in the oil and add more of the broth if too thick the mole will thicken as it cooks and you need to add more broth to the consistency that you want.
- Add the chicken when you have reached the thickness that you want.
