Spiced Gin and Tonic Recipe

Spiced Gin and Tonic
Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: Under 5 mins | Makes: 1 drink

We tested a few different gins to see what best complemented our homemade Spiced Tonic Water and decided that a dry gin like Beefeater or Bluecoat was better than a more subtle gin such as Hendrick’s. Don’t be tempted to skip the lime—it really makes all the flavors pop.

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a chilled Old Fashioned glass halfway with ice cubes and pour in the gin. Gently rub the lime wedge along the rim of the glass, then squeeze and drop it into the glass. Top with tonic water and gently stir to incorporate.
