Fire Hot dog chili Recipe

Easy to make hot dog chili,remindes me of hot dogs in New castle and Ellwood.Has a little bit of bite to it.Try it you might be surprised.
INGREDIENTS
- 1lb. ground meat
- 1 Medium onion chopped very fine
- 1 Table spoon oil
- 1 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1 1/4 teaspoon all spice
- 1 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 small can chili powder (2 oz.)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 5 cups water
- salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brown meat and onions breaking the meat up as small as pssible
- Add water and spices ,cook 2 to 3 hrs.
