CRANBERRYS WITH BLACKBERRY BRANDY AOFF T&T
A Christmas holiday or Thanksgiving treat. I like to dip turkey in it and eat it. Ham is good too.
Best to made a day or two ahead and chill in icebox in a air tight container till needed.

I use MOHAWK natural fruit flavored Brandy
Different brandy will change the taste and I find this one the best, but others may work with other flavors brandies too.
Peach, Cherry, Plum, Apricot may work.
- 1 12 OZ package whole fresh cranberry’s
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Blackberry Brandy
- Wash and pick the bad berries out. Drain and put in a small pot. Over a medium flame stir berries while adding sugar. Cook slowly till it form a smooth past like sauce.
- Put in a bowl and let cool. Then add Brandy and mix in. Cover (air tight) and let sit over night or more in icebox.
Mix and serve.
- So good, I like to dip turkey meat in it and eat.
