Strawberry Lime Shake Recipe
I’m loving this gluten free, dairy free Strawberry Lime Shake made of fresh coconut milk. My boys love it too. After I took a picture of the shake yesterday and placed it in the fridge, the boys grabbed it greedily and drank it all down. They have a certain penchant for consuming my photo shoots like that.
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- 1 10 ounce package frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a Vita-Mix and puree on high speed until smooth
- Serve
