Chinese Chopsuey Recipe - Nestle Recipes - Recipes online Recipe

A delightful chinese recipe, for days when you are pressed for time but need a hearty meal.

INGREDIENTS
  • MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles – Chicken 2 packs (200 g)
  • Vegetables (Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Beans), 1'' pieces 1/2 cup each vegetable
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp (8g)
  • Water 5 cups (750ml)
  • Salt To taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp.
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. 1. Heat the oil and sauté the vegetables for about 2-3 minutes. Keep aside.
  2. 2. Dissolve corn flour in half a cup of water.
  3. 3. In a separate pan, cook the MAGGI Chicken Noodles for 2 minutes, using rest of the water. Keep stirring with a fork to open the noodle strands.
  4. 4. Add the corn flour paste. Cook for another one minute to thicken the gravy so that it coats the noodles.
  5. 5. Add the cooked noodles to the sautéed vegetables.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
