Balsamic BBQ Chicken Recipe
This is a adaptation of a family recipe. Smoking is the method in this version but baking works well also.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 3/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 1tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 Chicken leg or wing, bone-in
INSTRUCTIONS
- mince garlic glove well.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix thoroughly.
- Smoke the chicken for one hour at 180 degrees F. Then take it out and cover in sauce.
- Continue coating the chicken every hour.
