Rose Veal seared and slow baked Inside Round Roast Recipe
For anyone wanting a delicious main easy to make, tender-succulent- low saturated fat-low cholesteol main dish this is the one when entertaining guests or for a family culinary delight. When we first started raising veal we thought cooking veal may be difficult, however my wife’s brother is a professional chef, we got some tips and ideas from him and have been making easy creations in our own kitchen ever since. Some recipies we found required much time to prepare and many ingredients. We tried some, but weren’t thrilled. This is an easy to do Rose Veal roast that even a beginner can do.
- 1- Rose Veal inside round roast
- Canola oil and dry rub.
- Seasonings- Spice Your choice.
- Thaw rose Veal inside round roast and brush with canola oil
Give it a dry rub season and spice according to your liking.
Place in a roasting pan. add water or sauce don’t let it dry out while cooking. - Turn oven up to 500 degrees F. Leave cover off and sear all around. Put cover on
turn oven down to 250-275 – Bake until center of roast is medium- Outside of roast will be quite dark. Time depends on size of roast. - Same method can be used for outside round or rib rack roast.
