a family of 15 uncles and aunts,, there’s a lot in my family !! family get togethers or family events I’m always asked to please make my dish. my father in law served me a
plate of cream of mushroom chicken baked. it was good but I said to myself i can make this great !,that was 7 years ago.

INGREDIENTS

boneless,skinless chicken breast, season bread crums, large can of jalapenos
3 eggs beat good, large can cream of mushroom soup,salt pepper and papa's season salt,
1 bag of montereyrey jack cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

first cook soup one half of milk and the other half jalapeno juice from your can,then
get chicken pieces and season them and dip them in eggs then in bread crums
place pieces in med high skillet until golden brown when all chicken is done place
in 9 by 13 baking pan then pour soup all over chicken then drizzle jack cheese all
over then place a couple of peppers from can on sauce cover pan with foil.
bake 35 min @350 taste great with your favorite rice and sweet white corn on cob
