Candied Macadamia Nuts Recipe

I love making these gluten free candied macadamia nuts for the holidays. They’re the perfect dessert, appetizer or snack.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups macadamia buts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Place in a pyrex baking dish
  3. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned
  4. Cool and serve
