Candied Macadamia Nuts Recipe
I love making these gluten free candied macadamia nuts for the holidays. They’re the perfect dessert, appetizer or snack.
- 2 cups macadamia buts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Place in a pyrex baking dish
- Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned
- Cool and serve
