Savory Salmon Cakes Recipe
I love wild caught salmon so this little recipe is fabulous for creating a fast dinner that tastes delicious and you know it’s full of Omega 3’s and lean protein.
- 2- cans of wild caught salmon (7.5 oz each)
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley minced
- 2 teaspoons tarragon
- 2 raw organic eggs
- Mix ingredients and form 12 patties (or 2 dozen meatballs).
- Heat 4 tablespoons olive oil in a large fry pan.
- Cook patties over medium heat. Flip after 6 minutes for a total cooking time of 12 minutes.
- Transfer patties to a paper towel to absord the extra oil.
- Compliment these great tasting salmon cakes with wild rice, steamed cauliflower with a cheese-white sauce and a cucumber-tomato salad.
