Frozen Cherry Bellini Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • Champagne or sparkling wine
  • Sour cherry juice
  • Cherry flavored brandy
  • Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine two parts champagne, one part sour cherry juice (drained from frozen cherries), a splash of cherry brandy, and ice in a blender. Whir till frosty. Serve in champagne flutes.
