	<p>2 quarts of peppermint stick ice cream   (Brighams is especially good!)
1 package of nabisco chocolate wafers
1 cup of melted semi-sweet chocolate
stick of butter
good quality hot fudge
crushed red striped candy canes</p>]]>

	<li>crush chocolate wafers and mix with melted butter and melted chocolate
press 3/4 into the bottom of spring form pan and freeze.
Spread 1 quart softened peppermint stick ice cream and freeze.</li>
		<li>press down the remainder of the cookie crumbs and freeze again.
add 2nd quart of softened ice cream and re-freeze.</li>
	</ol>

	<li>spread with hot fudge and sprinkle with crushed red/white candy canes and freeze 24 hours</li>
