Oysters with a twist

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 duxbury oysters( or any kind will do)
  • baby spinach handful
  • garlic 1 tsp
  • Hollandaise sauce 1/2 cup
  • smoked bacon
  • white wine
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. shuck oysters and drizzle wine and lemon in them
  2. saute spinach in butter, make hollandaise sauce 1/2 cup
  3. crisp bacon and dice, add into each oyster, add bacon, spinach, lemon baked in oven 3 minutes…add hollandasie after out of oven serve. dash hot sauce on top

  • "Easy"?? What's easy about hollandaise sauce?
    Maybe easy when you have a prep crew and a saucier.
