Oysters with a twist
INGREDIENTS
- 6 duxbury oysters( or any kind will do)
- baby spinach handful
- garlic 1 tsp
- Hollandaise sauce 1/2 cup
- smoked bacon
- white wine
INSTRUCTIONS
- shuck oysters and drizzle wine and lemon in them
- saute spinach in butter, make hollandaise sauce 1/2 cup
- crisp bacon and dice, add into each oyster, add bacon, spinach, lemon baked in oven 3 minutes…add hollandasie after out of oven serve. dash hot sauce on top
