Seafood Gumbo By chef Jayson DeMarco Recipe

A interpretation of a classic Cajun Dish.

INGREDIENTS
  • andouille sausage 1lb sliced
  • white onion 1, red pepper, green pepper. Large dice
  • butter 1cup
  • flour 1cup
  • gumbo file 4 tsp
  • green onion
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. heat pan, add onions and peppers with butter and sausage.cook until brwon
  2. add gumbo file and flour, cook 3 min
  3. add seafood and chicken stock , garlic thyme, wine cook 5 minutes.
  4. add clams last 3 minutes
