A interpretation of a classic Cajun Dish.
INGREDIENTS
- andouille sausage 1lb sliced
- white onion 1, red pepper, green pepper. Large dice
- butter 1cup
- flour 1cup
- gumbo file 4 tsp
- green onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- heat pan, add onions and peppers with butter and sausage.cook until brwon
- add gumbo file and flour, cook 3 min
- add seafood and chicken stock , garlic thyme, wine cook 5 minutes.
- add clams last 3 minutes
