My daughter created this recipe for her children that are allergic to wheat, eggs and milk.
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 3/4 cup rice flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- Heat a frying pan on medium heat. When hot, pour batter onto frying pan by spoonfuls and heat each side for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with favorite toppings
