  • Mix melted chocolate, butter, and 1 c. powdered sugar in a large bowl until well blended, about 1 minute
  • add vanilla and buttermilk until added
  • keep adding powdered sugar until desired consistency/taste, I took about 5 minutes or so. blend well after each addition
